Where it is
Phase: rapid core reconstruction.
The knowledge foundation has been promoted as the canonical first-module baseline. Additional local modules — storage, intake, retrieval, gateway access, validation, governance, agent support, operations, and cockpit workflows — are proposed integration baselines under reconciliation.
Those baselines are not public production services. Private online deployment, live tool exposure, production knowledge storage, real corpus retrieval, and app dogfooding remain gated on later decisions.
